Stockphoto.now terms of use

Stockphoto.now is operated by TARGA LIMITED in Hong Kong. By using Stockphoto.now, you agree to these Terms. Affiliate participation also requires the separate affirmative agreement in your Dashboard. Contact us through our Contact page about these Terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Comments may include no more than five @ mentions and are subject to account-wide posting and spam limits. You must have legal capacity to contract; affiliates must be at least 18. No adult content, unlawful content, infringement, harassment, impersonation, malware, scraping that bypasses access controls, watermark removal, quota evasion, or interference with the service. We may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts to enforce these rules, protect users, or comply with law.

Subscriptions and downloads

Monthly Premium is USD $19.99 per month. Annual Premium is USD $159.99 per year (approximately 33.3% off twelve monthly payments). An eligible new subscription begins with a seven-day trial and renews automatically at the selected price unless canceled. Trial includes watermark-free original-size downloads, limited to ten images per UTC day. Each image in a ZIP counts separately. Premium tools and paid credits start after successful payment. Monthly plans receive 200 general and 50 Premium-only credits per paid month. Annual plans receive 2,400 general and 600 Premium-only credits upfront per paid year. Unused credits expire at the end of the paid period, have no cash value, and do not roll over. Free accounts start with ten downloads per UTC day and receive watermarked WebP files up to 600 pixels on the longest edge, including existing files. Qualified download referrals can raise the Free daily allowance to 150. Every Free or trial image download counts, including each image in a ZIP and repeat downloads. Requests exceeding the remaining allowance are rejected as a whole. Paid members use separate general and Premium-only credits; repeat formats/downloads of an image unlocked within the same paid billing period do not use another credit. See the image license for permitted uses.

Manage or cancel a subscription through Dashboard → Account & membership → Manage subscription. Cancel before trial expiry to avoid the first charge; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund rights required by applicable law remain intact. Contact us about billing mistakes or required refunds. We will give advance notice of price changes before they apply to renewal.

The standard seven-day trial renews monthly at $19.99 unless canceled. Checkout may use a temporary $1 card-verification hold that is released; bank release timing can vary. Choosing to end the trial and pay immediately starts monthly billing that day, after successful payment verification. Trial original-size access does not include paid image credits, unlimited storage or paid-only Smart resize and AI upscale.

Contributor responsibility and licenses

You retain any rights you actually hold in your submissions; uploading or generating a file does not create rights you do not otherwise have. You warrant that you have the rights, consents, and releases necessary to upload, display, license, transform, promote, and distribute them. You grant us a non-exclusive license to operate those features, including creating previews and delivering downloads under the published image license. Removing a submission does not revoke valid licenses already granted to end users. We may reject or remove submissions without guaranteeing publication, ranking, traffic, or income. You must not misrepresent AI-generated content or infringe another person’s rights.

Affiliate commission rules · version 2026-09-v2

Affiliates must opt in and press Agree in the Dashboard. An eligible attributed new member’s first successfully paid subscription invoice earns 50%; eligible subsequent renewal invoices earn 20% while that referral’s membership continues and the affiliate remains eligible. There is no commission for a free trial, unpaid invoice, free signup, click, or download. Commission is calculated on collected membership amounts after taxes and discounts, rounded down per invoice to the currency’s minor unit. Refunds, chargebacks, invalid payments, duplicate payments, and self-referrals do not qualify.

The last qualifying approved creator image visited within 30 days supplies attribution, retained when checkout starts. Renewals retain that recorded affiliate; later browsing does not transfer an existing referral. Blocking or deleting cookies, using another device, or completing checkout outside the attribution window may prevent attribution. We use verified payment and attribution records, not screenshots or estimated counters, to reconcile earnings. Affiliates may raise discrepancies through Contact; provide the relevant image, dates, and payment references without disclosing another person’s sensitive data.

Review hold, payout dates, and adjustments

Our NET-30 program uses a one-calendar-month minimum review hold, with a month-end date clamped to the last day of the following month. Payouts are scheduled on the 1st and 15th in UTC after maturity. A May 6 paid conversion matures June 6 and is scheduled for June 15. Bank delivery may take longer. Transfers require an active approved affiliate account, complete payout information, any legally required tax or identity information, sufficient verified funds, and an available supported payout method. Transfer processing is not yet enabled until payment setup is complete; pending earnings do not represent money already sent.

Refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments

Amounts may be reserved, delayed, corrected, reversed, or offset against future earnings for refunds, disputes, fraud, payment errors, legal obligations, or documented violations. We may request supporting information. A lifetime chargeback ratio above 1% of attributed paid transactions suspends participation and payouts pending review; exactly 1% does not trigger this rule. A hold does not itself establish wrongdoing, and affiliates may request review. We do not guarantee income, a fixed payment per download, or the accuracy of unreconciled estimates. Creator-pool allocations are separately capped by collected net revenue.

Promotion and program changes

Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly when promoting your images. Follow the rules of the forums, boards, groups, and advertising services you use. No spam, fake accounts or traffic, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, misleading offers, or false claims of guaranteed earnings.

We may modify or end the program, change future rates or eligibility, or require renewed agreement. Material adverse commercial changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect through the Dashboard or account notice, except where immediate changes are required by law or necessary to address abuse or security. Changes apply prospectively and do not erase valid accrued commissions; reconciliation, refunds, disputes, and violation rules still apply. Continued participation after an effective change requires any requested renewed agreement. We may terminate participation for documented violations or discontinue the program with notice, subject to valid accrued payment obligations.

Service limits and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Review outputs and obtain any necessary third-party permissions before use. We do not guarantee earnings or prevent all misuse. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, consequential, and lost-profit damages; aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. These exclusions do not reduce valid accrued commission obligations, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, contributors and affiliates are responsible for third-party claims caused by their unlawful submissions, rights violations, fraudulent promotion, or material breach, including reasonable defense costs, with prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. No term requires you to waive rights that applicable law makes non-waivable. Invalid provisions are severed only to the necessary extent. Contact us first so we can investigate a concern; this does not restrict access to regulators or courts where protected by law.

Download referral rewards

New users who join through a download referral link, sign in with verified Google credentials, and start a successful image download qualify their referrer for one permanent additional daily Free download. The base allowance is 10; the total is capped at 150 per UTC day. Each new account qualifies once. Existing accounts, self-referrals, fake accounts, and fraudulent activity do not qualify. Rewards apply only to small watermarked downloads and are separate from cash affiliate commissions. Invalid rewards may be reversed after review.

Payout methods

Available destination settings are PayPal, USDT on TRON (TRC-20), Bitcoin mainnet, and bank wire. PayPal and crypto payout requests must be at least USD $30 in eligible earnings. Bank-wire requests must be at least USD $500 and include complete bank details. You must provide a destination you control and verify its details and network. Crypto quantities and any applicable conversion details require review before transfer; a USD earnings balance does not guarantee a fixed crypto quantity. Requests reserve eligible funds and remain subject to account and payment review. Payout runs are at 00:00 UTC on the 1st and 15th, with cutoffs exactly 48 hours earlier. Earnings must have matured and requests must be submitted by the cutoff; later requests move to the following run. Saving a destination or submitting a request does not itself send money. Automated transfer execution is not yet connected.

AI-generated content and your responsibility

Stockphoto.now provides an AI image library, contributor uploads and AI creation/editing tools. AI outputs can contain incorrect details, distorted anatomy, unwanted text, bias, resemblance to existing works or people, and other errors. A realistic appearance is not proof of a real person, place, event or endorsement. Review the file and its context before publishing or relying on it.

Rights are not guaranteed by generation

We do not promise that an AI output is unique, exclusive, eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights. Other users or services may produce similar outputs. Prompting a tool does not by itself establish copyright ownership. Applicable law and any human contribution can affect protection. The U.S. Copyright Office’s AI materials explain the human-authorship requirement in the United States; other jurisdictions may differ.

The library Image License applies to images offered there, to the extent rights can be licensed. It does not automatically cover unrelated article covers, site text, names or logos. For your private tool results, we permit you to download and use the result to the extent we hold any necessary rights, subject to these Terms and third-party rights. This is not an assignment of exclusive ownership or a clearance guarantee. No model or property releases are supplied by Stockphoto.now. Contributors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for their submissions.

Use images honestly and lawfully

• Do not pass generated scenes off as verified documentary evidence.
• Do not fabricate endorsements, impersonate a person or create unlawful, defamatory or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not upload another person’s work or personal data without the necessary rights and lawful basis.
• Check brands, identifiable people and sensitive contexts before publication. Obtain additional clearance where your use requires it.
• Follow the image license, including restrictions on standalone stock redistribution and watermark removal.

Tools, previews, descriptions, keyword suggestions and Help articles are practical aids, not legal, financial or other professional advice. Moderation and AI descriptions do not certify accuracy or legal suitability.

AI tools, saved files and deletion

AI tools have the limits shown on their pages. Completed Image Generator creations are retained; other unsaved results normally expire after 24 hours; saved files follow your account’s storage rules. Keep your own copies of important results.

Generation and download limits

Image creation requires sign-in and allows 20 submitted creation requests per account per UTC day. A submitted request counts even if you dislike its output. Other tools may have the limits shown on their pages. AI-suggested upload details must be reviewed and corrected by you. Free image exports are watermarked WebP up to 600 pixels; Premium trial and paid access include the original-size formats offered, subject to their download allowance. SVG, video and 3D tools offer their stated output types rather than promising JPG or PNG for every tool.

Save results you want to keep

Completed Image Generator creations are retained and automatically added to Explore / Gallery under the creator’s username on a scheduled refresh. Other unsaved tool results normally expire after 24 hours. Free and trial accounts may keep up to 500 personal images; saves with no view for 120 days are removed. Paid Premium provides unlimited personal image storage with no inactivity expiry while paid access remains active. After paid access ends, files receive at least 120 days before inactivity cleanup. Public contributor images are managed separately. Keep your own copies of important files.

The plus button creates an account save; the heart adds a library image to Download All. Deleting a folder and its saved contents is permanent and requires confirmation. Removing a personal library save does not remove the public image or download history. Deleted or expired personal files cannot be promised recovery. This does not remove any mandatory rights concerning paid services.

Creator reward pool

For each paid member and paid billing period, 20% of collected net subscription revenue after payment fees and eligible referral commissions forms a shared creator pool. Your reward is the pool multiplied by your share of that member’s distinct eligible contributor image unlocks. It is not 20% paid to every contributor or a fixed price per download.

• Approved images with the correct creator record and active enrolled creator eligibility can count.
• Free/trial downloads, views, self-downloads and repeat formats of the same image do not add eligible paid unlocks.
• Allocations are calculated after the paid billing period closes. A 30-day review hold starts at the later of period end or payment date.
• The pool and creator shares are rounded down to currency minor units and capped by verified collected net revenue.
• Refunds, disputes, invalid payments and eligibility changes can require adjustment or reversal. Dashboard statistics normally refresh every five minutes.

Cash affiliate commissions are a separate program with their own attribution and calendar-month maturity rules above. See the visual creator reward explanation and payout requirements. Approval, visibility, downloads and income are not guaranteed. Transfer execution is not yet connected.

Image reports, rights claims and moderation

Use the Report button on the affected image page to submit a private report, or use Contact. Identify the exact URL, explain the concern and requested outcome, and provide relevant source links or evidence. For rights claims, explain your connection to the rights holder. An optional contact email lets us follow up. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information or knowingly false or abusive reports.

Reports are reviewed by authorized administrators. We may request more information, correct metadata, restrict access, reject or remove content, or suspend accounts where justified. Recording a report as resolved does not itself delete the image. Reporting is not a guarantee of a particular result, response time or legal determination. Contributors may raise a moderation concern through Contact. We may retain reports and decisions for investigation, disputes and compliance, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This process does not restrict mandatory rights or access to regulators and courts.

Mandatory rights and resolving concerns

AI generation does not exempt us or users from applicable law. The warranty limits, liability provisions and contributor responsibilities above apply only to the extent lawful. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, excuses fraud or deliberate misconduct, removes mandatory consumer or privacy protections, or erases valid accrued payment obligations. Contact us with a concern so we can investigate; doing so is not a mandatory waiver or restriction on legal remedies.

Hong Kong law and legal notices

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, subject to mandatory rights that entitle a consumer to rely on another law or forum. No provision requires arbitration, waives a mandatory remedy or prevents a complaint to a competent regulator.

Legal and rights notices should identify TARGA LIMITED and Stockphoto.now and be sent using the contact details on our Contact page. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Other exclusions and limits apply only where lawful and enforceable, including any applicable reasonableness requirement.

Automatic Image Generator submissions

Completed images created with Stockphoto.now’s Image Generator are automatically approved under your public creator username. Descriptive metadata may be based on your brief. The image and its title, description, category and creator username may be published in the library on a scheduled refresh under the image license and contributor provisions above. User-uploaded images require manual administrator approval before publication. Automatic approval does not guarantee visibility, downloads or earnings, and images remain subject to reporting and applicable content and rights rules. Saving or removing a private account copy does not withdraw a separate library submission.

Email verification and support messages

Email/password accounts must verify their registered email before using account features, including downloads, tools, uploads, comments, Contact submissions and billing actions. Existing accounts and Premium trials also require verification. Google sign-in verifies an account only where validated Google identity proves the registered email address. Verification links expire after 24 hours and are single-use; resends are limited and replace earlier links. Verification does not change your subscription or pause billing. Contact messages from verified accounts are delivered to our private admin inbox; replies are sent to the registered verified address from [email protected]. Send follow-ups through Contact with your request number. Delivery and response times are not guaranteed. Do not include passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
